Ed's Sk8toronto Website LOCAL RACES (AND OTHER EVENTS) The best source of information on local events that I have found is at the Toronto Bicycling Network website. TBN has an active inline section. TBN has done an outstanding job with the skating portion of the website in addition to organizing lots of events of varying difficulty –to suit all ability levels. Non-TBN members are allowed to participate for a small fee. I have participated in a couple of “Martha’s Marathons” and really enjoyed them. Info on most local events is posted. They have lots of events, lessons etc. Toronto Trailbladers A fantastic ‘race’ that I highly recommend is the Northshore Marathon in Duluth Minn.
